Which Webflow templates make over $10K/month now?
SUMMARY
Which Webflow templates make over $10K/month now? We cannot publicly verify a single named template clearing that threshold today, even though several large creators clearly have the scale for it to happen.
The obstacle is unusually simple: Webflow shows prices, creators and storefronts, but not current sales for individual paid templates. Without that number, popularity and revenue are very easy to confuse.
The economics themselves are favorable. With Webflow paying creators 95% of marketplace sales, a $129 template needs roughly 82 monthly purchases to generate about $10,000 for its creator, while a $169 product needs only around 63.
The harder part is capturing enough demand. Recent Asset Dashboard snapshots shared by creator Zoya Aqib showed marketplace-wide rolling 30-day sales falling from roughly 11,500 to about 4,500, meaning the market share needed for the same $10,000 payout has more than doubled.
That makes the threshold surprisingly demanding. At the recent 4,500-sales level, an $129 template would need about 1.8% of all marketplace transactions despite competing inside a marketplace with more than 7,000 templates.
The creators most capable of producing a breakout winner are already substantial businesses. Medium Rare has served more than 20,000 customers, Radiant has disclosed more than 4,000 Webflow template sales, TNCFlow has published more than 100 templates, and BRIX consistently operates at premium price points.
But scale does not appear to come mainly from one permanent blockbuster. The public evidence points toward portfolio businesses in which a handful of winners carry a meaningful share of revenue while a much larger catalog provides additional discovery and sales.
Premium pricing changes the game dramatically. A $169 template needs roughly 63 sales for a $10K creator month; a $29 product needs about 363. That makes a sophisticated premium business template a far more plausible five-figure product than a cheap generic landing page.
Public marketplace sales also no longer show the whole picture. Webflow fulfillment links let approved templates be sold directly through a creator's own site, so a template can combine marketplace sales with private distribution that outsiders cannot measure.
The best opportunity therefore looks less like another generic SaaS template and more like a $99-$169 product built for a specific commercial niche, with enough depth to justify the price and enough external distribution to avoid depending entirely on Webflow search.

We cannot currently verify a single named Webflow template making more than $10,000 per month from public data.
Webflow shows the template, creator, price and marketplace positioning, but it does not publish live sales numbers for individual paid templates. Creators get much better information inside their own Asset Dashboard, while outsiders see only the storefront.
That missing sales count is crucial. If a $129 Webflow template sold 90 copies last month, it would comfortably clear $10,000 in creator revenue under the current commission structure. If it sold nine, the same polished storefront would generate barely one-tenth as much. Publicly, those two situations can look almost identical.
So we need a stricter standard than “this template looks popular.” A credible $10K/month claim needs a creator disclosure, payment data, sales-dashboard evidence or another source tying actual sales to that particular template. We found plenty of evidence for large Webflow template businesses, but none that clears that bar for one named product today.
Is $10K/month from one Webflow template realistic today?
Yes, a Webflow template can realistically make $10,000 in a month, although the required sales volume puts it among the marketplace's biggest winners.
Webflow currently pays creators 95% of marketplace template sales. That makes the math unusually favorable. At $129, a creator needs about 82 sales to keep roughly $10,000. A $169 template needs about 63. At $79, the requirement rises to roughly 134.
Those numbers sound achievable until we compare them with current marketplace volume. In her latest update, Webflow creator Zoya Aqib published snapshots from Webflow's Asset Dashboard showing roughly 4,500 template sales across the entire marketplace during a recent rolling 30-day period.
A $129 template reaching the threshold would therefore need around 1.8% of all those marketplace transactions. A $79 product would need close to 3%. For one product inside a marketplace containing more than 7,000 templates, that is a serious share.
| Template price | Approx. sales needed for $10K creator revenue | Share of 4,500 marketplace sales |
|---|---|---|
| $49 | 215 | 4.8% |
| $79 | 134 | 3.0% |
| $129 | 82 | 1.8% |
| $169 | 63 | 1.4% |

GET THE FULL DATABASE → $49Are Webflow templates selling as well as they were earlier this year?
No. Webflow template sales have fallen hard lately, making a $10K month from one product considerably tougher.
The strongest recent evidence comes from Webflow's own Asset Dashboard. Zoya Aqib saved snapshots of the marketplace-wide figure and reported about 11,500 template sales in a rolling 30-day period in March 2026. By August, the same dashboard was showing roughly 4,500.
That works out to a decline of about 60%.
Her own results moved in the same direction. Aqib earned more than $2,300 from templates in October 2025, but from February onward she says she averaged around $600 per month despite having more products for sale.
Her individual experience alone would tell us little about the whole market. The useful part is that her revenue decline happened alongside a sharp fall in Webflow's marketplace-wide sales count.
For a $129 template, the change is brutal mathematically. Around March, 82 monthly sales represented roughly 0.7% of all marketplace transactions. At the more recent 4,500-sales level, the same template needs about 1.8%. A product now has to capture well over twice the market share to produce the same $10,000 payout.
Is Webflow's template marketplace simply too crowded now?
Webflow has become extremely crowded, and discovery is probably one of the biggest obstacles facing template sellers today.
Webflow currently advertises more than 7,000 templates across its marketplace. Compare that with the roughly 4,500 sales shown in the recent 30-day Asset Dashboard snapshot. The two figures measure different things, so dividing one by the other would be misleading, but the scale tells us plenty: there are more available templates than marketplace purchases happening in a typical recent month.
Demand is also concentrated. Some templates sell repeatedly while many others barely move, so an average “sales per template” calculation would hide the winners. Still, every new agency, SaaS, portfolio, consulting or AI template competes for a limited amount of search exposure and buyer attention.
That helps explain why simply adding supply no longer guarantees much. Aqib's catalog grew while her monthly revenue fell. Radiant Templates has built more than 170 products. TNCFlow has released well over 100. The serious sellers are operating at publishing-company scale because one or two listings rarely provide enough visibility on their own.
These days, producing a good Webflow template is only half the job. Getting buyers to find it has become the harder problem.

STEAL WHAT WORKS → $49Which Webflow creators are most likely to have a $10K/month template?
Medium Rare, Radiant Templates, BRIX Templates and TNCFlow are among the strongest candidates we found, although none publicly proves that one specific template currently clears $10,000 every month.
Medium Rare is especially interesting. Webflow's current designer page describes the studio as having served more than 20,000 customers, and premium products such as Planar and Hardware sell for $129. At that price, only 82 marketplace purchases are needed for roughly $10,000 in creator revenue.
Radiant gives us harder sales evidence. When Webflow announced its new creator economics, Radiant founder Kausik Dutta said the studio had sold more than 4,000 templates since joining the program in 2022. Radiant has since expanded to more than 170 templates across more than 15 industries.
TNCFlow has pursued an even more aggressive release strategy, building a catalog exceeding 100 Webflow templates. BRIX Templates also sits at the premium end of the market, where many products sell around $129 to $169.
These studios clearly have enough distribution for a breakout template to reach five figures during a strong month. What we still lack is the final piece of evidence: a current product-level sales number.
| Creator | Public evidence of scale | Why a $10K template is plausible |
|---|---|---|
| Medium Rare | 20,000+ customers cited by Webflow | Strong brand plus $129 products |
| Radiant Templates | 4,000+ Webflow template sales since 2022 | Large verified sales base and 170+ products |
| TNCFlow | 100+ Webflow templates | Exceptional publishing volume |
| BRIX Templates | Large premium catalog | Many templates priced around $129-$169 |
Do top Webflow sellers actually depend on one blockbuster template?
Rarely. The biggest Webflow template businesses we can see today are built around large catalogs, with revenue spread across many products.
Radiant's 4,000-plus cumulative sales sit across a library that has grown past 170 templates. TNCFlow has followed a similarly broad strategy. Medium Rare offers a long list of startup, SaaS, technology, portfolio and business designs rather than concentrating everything around Planar or Hardware.
Zoya Aqib's much smaller portfolio shows the same pattern from another angle. Across 15 templates and more than 300 sales, she reported roughly $15,000 in cumulative revenue. Four templates produced more than half of her earnings, while several products contributed much less.
Template businesses can absolutely have winners, but the public evidence points toward a handful of strong products supporting a broader catalog rather than one template permanently carrying the company.
For someone asking which single Webflow template generates $10,000 every month, this makes the answer less exciting. For someone asking whether Webflow templates can form a real business, it is actually encouraging: creators do not necessarily need one viral hit.

STEAL WHAT WORKS → $49Does charging $129 or $169 make a huge difference?
Yes. Premium pricing makes a $10K Webflow template far more achievable because it cuts the number of customers needed each month.
At $29, a creator needs roughly 363 marketplace sales to keep $10,000 after Webflow's 5% share. At $169, the same revenue requires only about 63.
Established creators clearly understand that math. Medium Rare currently sells products such as Planar and Hardware for $129. BRIX Templates regularly operates around the $129-$169 range. Radiant's catalog also includes premium multi-page templates rather than relying entirely on low-cost landing pages.
The buyer has to receive enough value to justify that price, of course. A $169 template generally needs deeper page coverage, CMS structures, interactions, ecommerce functionality, multiple layouts or some combination of those features.
Still, the revenue effect is enormous. Sixty-three sales is difficult in today's Webflow marketplace. Three hundred and sixty-three is a different league entirely.
This is why a current $10K/month winner is much more likely to be a premium business template than a cheap $29 design.
Did Webflow's 95% creator payout fix the economics?
Webflow's 95% payout greatly improved the amount creators keep from each sale, but it has not fixed the harder problem of finding enough buyers.
Webflow increased template commissions to 95%, with the remaining 5% covering its payment infrastructure. The change gives sellers unusually favorable marketplace economics compared with many digital-product platforms.
A $129 marketplace sale now sends roughly $122.55 to the creator before taxes and other business costs. Eighty-two such purchases get the seller just above $10,000.
Yet creator revenue depends on both payout percentage and volume. Webflow improved the first variable just as the second one weakened badly.
The recent marketplace data makes that clear. A creator can keep almost every dollar from each transaction and still earn less overall when the number of transactions falls by roughly 60%.
So the commission change helps successful products a lot. It does far less for templates struggling to be discovered.

Get the full database →Could a Webflow template secretly be making over $10K/month outside the marketplace?
Absolutely. Webflow's newer fulfillment links make private $10K/month templates much more plausible because marketplace sales no longer capture the whole business.
Creators can now sell an approved Webflow template on their own website or through an external digital-product platform, collect the payment themselves and deliver the product with a Webflow fulfillment link.
That changes what outsiders can measure.
Imagine a $129 template selling 45 copies through Webflow and another 45 through the creator's own website. Combined gross revenue would exceed $11,000, yet the public Webflow marketplace would reveal neither sales count. A creator with a strong newsletter, YouTube channel, SEO presence or design audience could generate a meaningful percentage of sales this way.
Webflow even gives creators a usage count for fulfillment links inside their dashboard, but those figures remain private.
For that reason, saying that no $10K/month Webflow template exists would go too far. Some almost certainly have strong enough direct distribution to make it possible. We simply cannot name one with confidence from public evidence.
Is AI actually taking sales away from Webflow templates?
AI is very likely taking some demand away from Webflow templates because it now handles one of the main jobs templates used to solve: giving someone a usable website starting point quickly.
A founder who previously had three choices—design from scratch, hire someone or buy a template—can now generate a first version with an AI website tool or coding agent. The output may still need plenty of work, but some buyers will decide that it is good enough.
The timing lines up with the weakness we're seeing in template sales. Webflow itself has been pushing deeper into AI-assisted site creation while the traditional marketplace has become more crowded.
AI probably does not explain the entire 60% decline. Oversupply, marketplace discovery, seasonality and changing buyer behavior can all contribute. But generic templates whose main selling point is speed are facing a much more direct substitute than they were before.
The safer products are likely to be the ones offering something harder to generate instantly: sophisticated CMS architecture, strong interactions, deep page systems, carefully designed ecommerce flows or a highly specific industry structure.
A generic five-page SaaS design has a much tougher job today than it did a few years ago.

GET THE FULL DATABASE → $49What kind of Webflow template has the best chance of making $10K/month now?
A premium template for a narrow commercial niche probably has the best shot today, especially when the creator already has distribution outside Webflow.
The obvious temptation is another AI startup, SaaS or creative-agency template because those categories have plenty of buyers. They also attract enormous amounts of supply. Competing there means fighting experienced publishers such as Medium Rare, Radiant, BRIX and dozens of smaller studios for the same search positions.
A narrower commercial use case can offer better economics. Logistics, specialist healthcare, industrial technology, investment firms, legal services, construction, cybersecurity or another well-defined business niche can support a $99-$169 product while facing fewer near-identical alternatives.
Price matters because it keeps the required sales count manageable. Specificity helps because the buyer can immediately see why the template fits. External distribution can then reduce dependence on Webflow's crowded internal search.
That combination looks stronger now than simply producing a beautiful general-purpose template and hoping the marketplace sends enough traffic.
So which Webflow templates actually make over $10K/month now?
As of now, we cannot responsibly name a single Webflow template and say it is publicly proven to make more than $10,000 every month.
Several creators are big enough for it to happen. Medium Rare has served more than 20,000 customers and sells $129 products. Radiant has disclosed more than 4,000 cumulative Webflow template sales. BRIX operates at premium price points, and TNCFlow has built one of the marketplace's largest publishing operations.
The economics also work. A $129 template needs only about 82 marketplace sales for its creator to receive roughly $10,000 under Webflow's current 95% commission.
What keeps us from producing a trustworthy list is the lack of product-level sales data. Recent marketplace conditions make casual guesses especially risky: Webflow's Asset Dashboard fell from roughly 11,500 rolling 30-day template sales in March to around 4,500 by August, while the marketplace itself contains more than 7,000 templates.
That means a $129 template now needs close to 1.8% of all recent marketplace transactions to reach the threshold through Webflow alone. External sales can change the picture, but those numbers are private too.
So the answer is narrower than many “best passive-income templates” articles will give you, but it is much more defensible. $10K months are believable for established Webflow template creators and their full catalogs. An individual template can reach that level as well, particularly at $129-$169 with strong direct distribution. We just do not have enough public evidence today to claim that Planar, Hardware, a Radiant product, a BRIX template or any other named listing is consistently doing it.

This analysis tests which Webflow templates can actually be shown to make more than $10,000 per month. Because Webflow does not publicly display current sales for individual paid templates, we broke the question into the parts that can be observed: creator economics, required sales volume, marketplace demand, creator scale, portfolio concentration, pricing and sales made outside the marketplace.
We kept a high bar for naming a specific product. A large creator, a premium price, a prominent marketplace position or a long customer history can make a $10K month plausible, but none of those proves that one named template is producing that revenue today. For a product-level claim, we looked for direct creator disclosures, dashboard evidence, payment data or another source tied to actual sales of that template.
Sales thresholds were calculated from current template prices and Webflow's 95% creator payout. Marketplace-wide rolling 30-day sales figures were then used to show how much share a template would need to capture to reach those thresholds. We did not assume those sales are distributed evenly across the marketplace, since successful templates clearly take a disproportionate share.
We prioritized recent marketplace conditions over older success stories. Historical and cumulative figures remain useful for showing which sellers have real scale, but they are not treated as evidence that one of their products is still producing the same monthly revenue today.
Creator disclosures were used where Webflow's public storefront stops. Zoya Aqib's published Asset Dashboard snapshots provide the clearest recent view of marketplace-wide template sales and her own revenue trajectory, while her longer earnings breakdown helps show how sales can concentrate in a few stronger products inside a larger portfolio.
We also treated off-marketplace distribution separately. Webflow's fulfillment links allow approved templates to be sold through a creator's own website or another platform, so public marketplace activity does not capture every template sale. Those direct-sales figures remain private unless the creator chooses to disclose them.
For creator scale and pricing, we used Webflow's own marketplace and designer pages wherever possible. Medium Rare's designer page provides its customer scale and catalog, while the official Planar and Hardware listings establish current premium pricing. Webflow's creator pages for Radiant Templates, TNCFlow, BRIX Templates and Zoya Aqib provide the corresponding catalog and pricing context.
Key sources include Webflow's Template Designer program, Webflow's Marketplace Agreement, the Webflow Templates marketplace, Webflow's template creator economics update, Webflow's documentation on fulfillment links, Medium Rare's official Webflow creator page, Radiant Templates' official Webflow creator page, TNCFlow's official Webflow creator page, BRIX Templates' official Webflow creator page, Zoya Aqib's recent marketplace update, her detailed Webflow template earnings breakdown, and Webflow's AI Site Builder.
The final judgment comes from combining those dimensions rather than treating any single popularity metric as proof of revenue. That lets us separate templates and creators that have the economics and distribution to plausibly reach $10K months from the much narrower category of products whose current revenue can actually be demonstrated.
