Which Framer templates make over $10K/month now?

Last updated: 14 September 2026

SUMMARY

Fabrica is the only individual Framer template we can confidently verify as a $10K/month-class product from the public evidence available now.

The bigger market is real: Framer paid creators $6.5 million during 2025, and several creators have disclosed five-figure months. But most of those figures belong to creator businesses, not to one named template.

That distinction removes a lot of apparent winners. Lifetime sales, catalogue revenue, partner commissions, remix counts and Marketplace rank can all indicate success without proving that one product is making $10,000 in a month.

Fabrica clears the bar because Anatolii Dmitrienko attributed more than $15,000 to it in roughly three and a half weeks. Its later $200,000-plus cumulative result, $129 price and continued Marketplace visibility make the case stronger than a one-off launch spike.

Funnelz is a useful counterexample. It crossed $10,000 in cumulative revenue, which makes it a successful template, but the public record never shows a $10,000 month.

Hamza Ehsan and Dmitrienko show that the more repeatable business model is a catalogue. Both have sustained five-figure creator revenue across multiple products, while public product-level monthly data remains sparse.

Free templates can also become meaningful businesses through Framer referrals. The economics are attractive, but the evidence still points to portfolio-level income rather than one free template reliably producing $10,000 every month.

The market is much harder than the early creator stories make it look. More than 10,000 templates now compete for attention, and Framer ranks products using a mix of purchases, views, previews, likes, comments, remixes and account activity.

Premium pricing helps the math. At $129, a template needs about 78 monthly sales to gross $10,000; at $29, it needs roughly 345. The real bottleneck is distribution, not arithmetic.

The strongest commercial position belongs to templates that save expensive work: polished agency sites, portfolios and professional systems with strong visual identity, CMS depth and reusable components. Generic landing pages face far more pressure from free alternatives and AI-generated starting points.

The cleanest conclusion is deliberately short: Fabrica is the only named template we can put in the $10K/month class with high confidence. The much larger proven category is creators making more than $10K a month from a mix of templates, bundles and referral income.

Do individual Framer templates really make more than $10K a month?

Yes, individual Framer templates can make more than $10K a month, but we could verify only one named template with strong enough public evidence to say it confidently: Fabrica.

The broader opportunity is clearly real. Framer says it paid creators $6.5 million during 2025, and its creator page shows $753,000 paid out in one particularly strong month. Anatolii Dmitrienko has disclosed $28,487 in direct template sales during one month. Hamza Ehsan previously recorded eleven consecutive months above $10,000 from his Framer template business.

Still, those creator numbers cannot automatically be assigned to one template. That is where most lists online become misleading.

For this article, we count an individual template only when the creator has disclosed enough revenue over a short enough period to put that specific product above a roughly $10,000 monthly run rate. Lifetime revenue, remix counts and the creator's total income do not qualify on their own.

What we see publicly What it actually proves
$10K in lifetime sales The template is commercially successful
Creator earns $10K/month The creator's whole business crosses $10K
Thousands of remixes The template is widely copied or used
$10K+ attributed to one template in about a month The individual template clears our test

Why is it so hard to know which Framer templates make $10K/month?

Framer template revenue is unusually hard to verify because the Marketplace shows plenty of activity while the actual sales data stays with the creator.

When someone buys a paid Framer template, checkout happens on the creator's own site. Framer says directly that it does not process those purchases. The creator therefore sees the real number of transactions, while Marketplace visitors mainly see price, ranking, remixes and other engagement data.

Even remix counts are messy. Framer explains in its help center that a remix can come from a paid purchase, a free copy, an internal review or repeated copies from the same person. We cannot multiply remixes by the template price and call the result revenue.

Current Marketplace rankings have the same problem. Framer says ranking uses a mixture of purchases, views, previews, likes, comments, remixes, account health and other activity. A high rank tells us that people are paying attention to a template. It does not reveal how much money changed hands.

That leaves creator disclosures as the most useful evidence. They are much stronger than trying to reverse-engineer revenue from public engagement counters.

Is Fabrica making more than $10K a month?

Fabrica is the clearest Framer template we found in the $10K-a-month class, and the evidence around it remains unusually strong today.

Anatolii Dmitrienko disclosed more than $15,000 from Fabrica in roughly three and a half weeks during a period when he said he had stopped actively promoting the template on social media. That already clears the threshold without relying on Marketplace remix estimates.

He later said Fabrica had generated more than $200,000 from sales and associated affiliate revenue a little over a year after launch. Even spread over roughly 15 months, $200,000 works out to around $13,300 a month on average.

The fresh Marketplace evidence helps too. Fabrica still sells for $129, was updated again recently, and sits around the top five in a current independent ranking covering more than 10,000 Framer templates. Framer's own Marketplace also continues to show Fabrica prominently across agency, portfolio, graphic-design and professional categories.

We still cannot see Fabrica's exact latest 30-day sales figure. Dmitrienko has not published a current monthly product P&L. But Fabrica has enough direct revenue evidence, longevity and current Marketplace strength for us to call it a genuine $10K/month-class Framer template rather than a one-week launch spike.

Which other Framer templates are confirmed above $10K/month right now?

We could not verify a second individual Framer template above $10K per month with the same level of evidence as Fabrica.

That is a much narrower answer than the Marketplace's visible success stories might suggest. Funnelz by Ramish Aziz has passed $10,000 in cumulative revenue. Cédric has passed $100,000 across his Framer template business. Hamza Ehsan has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars through the wider Framer creator ecosystem. Dmitrienko sells several other successful $129 templates including Trifecta, Mattis, Effica and TBD.

The missing piece is product-level monthly revenue. None of those public records currently lets us say, for example, that Trifecta made $12,000 last month or Artifact made $15,000.

A template can be a major commercial success while averaging $3,000, $5,000 or $8,000 a month over a long period. That gap becomes important as soon as we start ranking products by monthly income.

Framer template or business Strongest public evidence Can we verify $10K/month for one template?
Fabrica $15K+ in roughly 3.5 weeks; $200K+ after a little over a year Yes, $10K/month-class
Funnelz $10K+ cumulative revenue No
Cédric's catalogue $100K+ cumulative business revenue No individual product
Hamza Ehsan's catalogue Repeated $10K–$24K months No individual product
Dmitrienko's wider catalogue $28,487 direct sales in one disclosed month Only Fabrica is individually verified

Does Anatolii Dmitrienko make more than $10K/month selling Framer templates?

Anatolii Dmitrienko has already shown that a Framer template business can generate several times $10K in a month.

Framer itself currently highlights one of his revenue breakdowns: $36,735 total for the month, with $28,487 coming from direct template sales and $8,248 from the Framer partner program. Another disclosed month reached $30,994, including $24,990 from direct template sales.

The second figure is especially useful because Dmitrienko said he had released no new template during that month. Existing products kept selling. That gives us a cleaner look at the business after launch hype fades.

His catalogue today goes well beyond Fabrica. Premium products such as Trifecta, Effica, Mattis and TBD sit around $129, while an all-access package bundles the catalogue at a higher order value. Dmitrienko has also kept updating older products with native CMS features, performance fixes and Framer Agent prompt guides.

That catalogue approach is why creator revenue can stay above $20,000 even when no single new launch carries the whole month.

Is Hamza Ehsan still one of the biggest Framer template creators?

Hamza Ehsan remains one of the strongest publicly documented Framer creators, and his latest disclosures show that the business became considerably larger than his original monthly template-sales series suggested.

His earlier numbers already stood out. Ehsan went from $2,291 in his first disclosed month to $11,630 less than a year later, then stayed above $10,000 for eleven consecutive reported months. We calculate about $198,978 across that eleven-month stretch, or roughly $18,100 per month.

His highest disclosed month reached $24,080.

More recently, Ehsan said he had crossed $300,000 from the Framer creator program alone and explicitly said that figure excluded template sales. His Framer profile also shows that he has continued releasing products, with Anamorph described as his 22nd template.

That changes how we should read the older $10K/month figures. Ehsan built a sizeable Framer distribution business around a growing catalogue, direct template purchases and referral income. We still cannot isolate one Hamza template above $10,000 per month, but his creator-level business is clearly far beyond that threshold.

Hamza Ehsan's disclosed run Revenue
First month in published series $2,291
First month above $10K $11,630
Highest month in the series $24,080
Eleven consecutive $10K+ months ~$198,978 total
Average across those eleven months ~$18,100/month
Later creator-program commissions $300K+ cumulative, excluding template sales

Is Funnelz actually a $10K/month Framer template?

Funnelz is a five-figure Framer template, but the public numbers do not show a $10K month.

Ramish Aziz said Funnelz had earned more than $10,000 before he later made the template free. Framer also preserved an earlier update from him saying Funnelz had generated almost $1,000 after its first few weeks.

Those two numbers tell us the product had legs. They do not show enough velocity to place it alongside Fabrica.

“Made $10K” and “makes $10K/month” sound almost identical in a social-media post while describing very different businesses. A template could reach $10,000 over ten months at $1,000 a month and still truthfully advertise $10K in sales.

Funnelz belongs among successful Framer templates. For now, it does not belong on a verified $10K-per-month list.

Can a free Framer template make $10K/month?

A free Framer template can generate thousands of dollars through referrals, although we found no clean public case proving that one free template currently produces more than $10K every month.

The economics are different from paid templates. Framer's current Creator Program gives template creators a 50% commission on eligible subscriptions for the first year when a user upgrades through their template link. Free templates can therefore become acquisition funnels for Framer itself.

Cristian Mielu offers a strong example of how large that income can become. In one month he disclosed $8,971 in total creator revenue, with $8,277 coming from affiliate commissions and only $694 from template sales.

Shah Rukh Qureshi has described earning more than $17,000 from a portfolio of free Framer templates with roughly 12,000 installs. Other creators have publicly shared smaller four-figure referral businesses.

The catch is scale. A free product needs a lot of users, and only a fraction of those users eventually buy an eligible Framer subscription. Free templates can become real businesses, but crossing $10K every month from a single one appears much rarer than the occasional viral remix count makes it look.

How crowded is the Framer template market now?

The Framer template market is extremely crowded today, with more than 10,000 templates competing for attention.

A recent snapshot from Offset's independent Framer Marketplace tracker counted 10,288 templates. Framer's own portfolio category alone shows roughly 3,100 products. Buyers who want an agency website, SaaS landing page or designer portfolio now face hundreds of plausible options.

That makes the early Framer creator stories harder to reproduce mechanically. A polished landing page that looked unusual two years ago can disappear into pages of similar work today.

Framer's ranking documentation makes the competitive pressure even clearer. Rankings move as users view, preview, remix, discuss and purchase products, while newer work can receive opportunities for discovery. Older templates have to keep earning engagement if they want to stay visible.

Fabrica's current position is impressive in that context. A $129 template launched well before many of today's listings is still appearing around the top of current Marketplace rankings. Persistence like that is much rarer than simply getting approved and published.

Are Framer template sales concentrated among a few big creators?

Framer template revenue looks increasingly concentrated around a relatively small group of creators who already have distribution, several products and strong Marketplace positions.

We cannot calculate the exact Gini coefficient because Framer does not publish creator-by-creator sales data. The public evidence still gives us a fairly clear shape.

At the top, Dmitrienko has disclosed direct template sales above $28,000 in a month. Ehsan recorded a long run around $12,000–$24,000 before later crossing $300,000 in cumulative creator-program commissions. Cédric passed $100,000 from his template business. Meanwhile, other experienced creators publicly report monthly revenue in the low thousands despite having substantial catalogues.

Framer's $6.5 million creator payout for 2025 puts those results in perspective. That works out to about $542,000 a month across the whole creator ecosystem on average. One creator doing $25,000 in a month is already operating at meaningful scale relative to that total, even before we account for the fact that Framer now pays creators for more than templates alone.

The market can support several large businesses. The numbers give us little reason to think five-figure months are common.

What price does a Framer template need to make $10K/month realistically?

A premium Framer template priced around $99–$149 has a much more believable path to $10K/month than a cheap $29 product.

Fabrica costs $129. Several other prominent agency and portfolio templates currently sit around $99, $129 or $149. At those prices, a creator needs dozens of monthly purchases rather than several hundred.

At $129, roughly 78 sales produce $10,000 in gross revenue. That is about 2.6 sales per day. A $29 template needs roughly 345 monthly purchases, or more than 11 every day.

The Marketplace currently has enough traffic for a leading product to reach those numbers. The hard part is staying near the front of a catalogue with more than 10,000 alternatives.

Pricing alone does not create demand. Higher prices simply make the math less brutal once a template has earned strong distribution.

Template price Approximate monthly sales needed for $10K
$29 345
$49 205
$79 127
$99 102
$129 78
$149 68

What kind of Framer templates have the best chance of making $10K/month?

The strongest public examples today lean toward polished agency, portfolio and professional templates sold at premium prices.

Fabrica is built for designers, creative agencies and studios. Dmitrienko's wider catalogue repeatedly targets agencies and professional service businesses. Ehsan has spread his catalogue across areas including agencies, SaaS, photography, real estate, e-commerce and filmmaking.

The common thread is easier to see than the category label. These templates solve an expensive-looking problem for buyers who care a lot about presentation. A design studio choosing a $129 website template is comparing that purchase with hours of internal design work or a custom site costing thousands of dollars. The template can feel cheap even at a three-figure price.

Generic landing pages face a tougher equation. The Marketplace contains huge numbers of them, AI can produce acceptable starting layouts quickly, and buyers have plenty of free alternatives.

The stronger commercial position today belongs to templates with a recognizable visual identity, deep CMS structure, reusable components and enough finished pages to save a buyer real work.

Is AI making Framer templates harder to sell?

AI is raising the bar for Framer templates because buyers can generate basic website layouts much more easily now.

Framer itself recently published guidance for creators on making templates “AI-ready.” Its advice focuses on structured components, clean CMS architecture, clear naming and templates that give Framer Agents a strong foundation to work from.

Buyers need less help producing a generic hero section or rearranging a landing page. A template earns its price through design judgment, structure, content systems and a visual direction that would take effort to reproduce.

Dmitrienko's recent updates are already following that path. Trifecta added a prompt-library chapter for Framer Agents, while Fabrica has received native CMS filtering and ongoing technical updates. Effica has also been updated with newer Framer functionality and Agent guidance.

The weak end of the template market is under much more pressure. Premium templates can still sell because AI often makes a strong starting system more useful rather than redundant.

Why do top Framer creators keep launching more templates if one hit can make $10K/month?

Top Framer creators keep building catalogues because several good templates produce a steadier business than depending on one breakout product.

Dmitrienko's disclosed months show the benefit clearly. He has generated around $25,000–$28,500 in direct sales while selling multiple $129 products and an all-access bundle. Ehsan reached his long five-figure run while steadily expanding his catalogue and recently launched his 22nd template.

The catalogue also changes customer economics. Someone who discovers Fabrica may eventually prefer an all-access package. A buyer who knows Ehsan through one portfolio template can return when they need a SaaS or filmmaking site. Every additional strong product gives the creator another Marketplace page that can attract a new customer.

This is probably the most important difference between “a $10K template” and “a $10K template business.” One exceptional product can cross the line. A catalogue makes staying above it much more realistic.

So which Framer templates actually make over $10K/month now?

Fabrica is the only individual Framer template we can confidently put above the $10K/month bar from the public evidence available today.

The case is unusually strong: more than $15,000 attributed to Fabrica in roughly three and a half weeks, more than $200,000 in sales and associated affiliate revenue a little over a year after launch, a $129 current price, recent product updates and continued top-tier Marketplace visibility among more than 10,000 competing templates.

We found several other impressive products, but the evidence stops short of the same claim. Funnelz has crossed $10,000 cumulatively. Cédric's Framer template business has crossed $100,000. Hamza Ehsan sustained roughly $18,100 a month across an eleven-month five-figure run and later disclosed more than $300,000 from Framer creator commissions alone. Dmitrienko himself has had months above $28,000 in direct template sales.

Those are substantial businesses. They also show why the precise answer is so short.

As of now, the evidence supports Fabrica as the clearest named $10K/month Framer template. We would be stretching the available data if we confidently added five or ten more names. The much larger and better-supported group is creators making more than $10K a month from a portfolio of Framer templates, bundles and referral income.

OUR METHODOLOGY

This analysis asks a narrow question: which individual Framer templates can be supported at a roughly $10,000 monthly revenue level from public evidence available today. We separated product-level revenue from creator-wide income, lifetime sales, referral commissions and Marketplace engagement so those different measures would not get collapsed into one claim.

We started with revenue attribution. A creator having a $20,000 or $30,000 month is useful context, but it does not qualify a named template unless enough of that revenue can be tied back to that product. The individual template is the unit of analysis throughout.

We then looked at revenue velocity. Short, attributed sales windows carried the most weight because they can demonstrate a monthly pace directly. Lifetime revenue helped us judge commercial success and durability, but it did not qualify a template on its own.

We treated first-hand creator disclosures and Framer's own creator material as the strongest revenue evidence. Marketplace rank, remixes, category visibility, pricing and update activity were used as supporting evidence for demand and current relevance, not as substitutes for sales data.

Because the question asks which templates make this level now, older revenue disclosures were checked against fresher evidence such as current pricing, recent product updates, continuing Marketplace visibility, catalogue activity and newer creator disclosures. That helps separate a still-active product from a historical launch spike.

We also separated one strong sales window from sustained commercial strength. A short period can prove that a template crossed the threshold; later cumulative revenue, continuing demand and current Marketplace position make the case stronger. Candidates only made the final confirmed group when the direct and supporting evidence pointed the same way.

For creator-level comparisons, we kept direct template sales, Framer partner commissions and broader catalogue revenue separate whenever the disclosure allowed it. Free-template economics were evaluated through referral income rather than by pretending a zero-dollar product had direct sales revenue.

Key sources used for this analysis include Framer's creator page, Framer's guide to how template purchases work, Framer's explanation of remix counts, Framer's Marketplace ranking methodology, Framer's Creator Program rules, Framer's Marketplace and community update, Framer's guidance on AI-ready templates, Fabrica's official Marketplace page, Trifecta's official Marketplace page, Effica's official Marketplace page, TBD's official Marketplace page, Hamza Ehsan's Framer profile, Cédric's Framer profile, Funnelz's Marketplace page, Shah Rukh Qureshi's first-hand breakdown of free-template affiliate revenue, and Anatolii Dmitrienko's disclosed monthly revenue breakdown.
